What we collect?
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, company, email address, country, the type of service you are interested in and your message. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
Why?
To reply to your message and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives it?
Only the Roleen Studio team. Messages are delivered by our host, OVH (France), to a Google Gmail mailbox; Google may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
How long we keep it?
Up to three years after our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case the legal retention periods for business records apply.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or ask for a copy, by writing to hello@roleenstudio.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for visitors. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers. Cookies are only used for the website administrators when they log in.
